Ben Fauske

President

Ben Fauske is invested in helping leaders.  With over 15 years of practical leadership experience and extensive training in change management and communication, Ben delivers a unique blend of theory and practice.

Prior to founding RISE Leadership, Ben was the Director of Organizational Development for a Canadian based multi-national corporation with over 1100 employees, headquartered in Montreal, Quebec.  He led the training and leadership development process from the executive level to the shop floor.  Ben also specialized in culture development, merger and acquisition integration and performance management.

Ben currently partners with Cornerstone Business Services as the adjunct Director of Organizational Development.  Cornerstone is a middle market mergers and acquisitions firm with offices throughout Wisconsin and headquartered in Green Bay.  Ben has designed talent and culture assessments used in the M&A process.  He is also responsible for employee engagement and team development.

Ben consults organizations looking to increase the engagement and productivity of their employees.  Ben has worked with startups to large corporations, and his clients describe him as passionate, invested and committed to the process of individual and organizational development.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, Ben holds Bachelor Degrees in Marketing and Computer Science.  He is a Certified Trainer from Kona University and a Certified Negotiation Professional from the University of Windsor.  Ben is a strategic advisor to Pathways Church and is the Executive Director at Integrated Community Solutions.
