Ben Fauske

President

Ben Fauske has focused his professional life on finding ways to help individuals and organizations reach new levels of success.  He is driven by tangible results and positive change.  Ben has been researching and studying the most effect change methodologies for the last 10 years and has found that Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) consistently produces the most powerful and long-lasting positive change.

Ben has been trained and mentored by Dr. Matthew B. James, Internationally recognized leading authority in NLP and empowerment processes.  Dr. James is the President and Chief Academic Officer of Kona University an accredited university located in Kona, Hawaii and has achieved breakthrough results using NLP with thousands of individuals and organizations.

As a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, he clearly understands the level of excellence required to train at the highest levels and has found no greater process to address and overcome the barriers hindering success.

Prior to founding RISE Leadership, Ben was the Director of Organizational Development for a Canadian based multi-national corporation with over 1100 employees, headquartered in Montreal, Quebec.  He led the training and leadership development process from the executive level to the shop floor.  Ben also specialized in culture development, merger and acquisition integration and performance management.

Ben has seen great success working with CEO's and leadership teams being an Organizational Development professional for hire, where he will "join" a team for defined set of time to help shape the culture and grow the business.  This allows an organization to have a jump start on a new initiative without long-term expenditures.  He has demonstrated over and over in his career that this strategy works.  It produces fast results and then allows others to maintain the growth.

Ben is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and holds Bachelor Degrees in Marketing and Computer Science.  He is a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.  He is also a Certified Negotiation Professional from the University of Windsor.
